Wayne Wolf
Principal & Lead Creative
Wayne Wolf is a seasoned creative leader with over 30 years of experience crafting impactful, cohesive brand experiences. Originally from Minnesota, he attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, majoring in Graphic Communications. In the late 80’s Wayne began his career in New York, collaborating with iconic lifestyle brands such as Martha Stewart Living, Chic Simple and the creative firm The Valentine Group. His innovative work has earned recognition from the Cooper Hewitt and Victoria & Albert Museums, as well as a James Beard Award nomination.
Wayne specializes in creating cohesive brand experiences that integrate strategy, design, and execution to create compelling brand identities. Whether designing a bold new logo, building a captivating website, or leading a complete brand transformation, he approaches each project with clarity, purpose, and functionality.
Wayne believes that great branding begins with understanding a client’s unique story. By blending strategic insights with intentional design, he delivers solutions that resonate with audiences and inspires meaningful connections. From concept to execution, his meticulous attention to detail ensures every element reflects the brand’s identity and values.

Jennifer Young
Senior Brand Strategist
A self-diagnosed idea generator with insatiable curiosity, Jennifer Young has spent over 20 years uncovering meaningful connections between brands, consumers, and their environments. She thrives on defining the “what” and creating the “why”—crafting compelling brand stories and designing experiences that resonate. As a strategist, she bridges the gap between clients and creative teams, guiding them as a customer advocate and inspiring impactful brand experiences.
Jennifer’s passion for architecture and spatial design led her to explore how physical environments shape consumer behavior. She views space as a brand’s most tangible expression—where interactions happen and strategies come to life. Over the past decade, she has developed a practice that fuses brand strategy, culture, and experience, helping brands differentiate in an increasingly complex marketplace.
With a background spanning business, brand strategy, and design in New York, London, and Toronto, Jennifer has advised global and national brands across industries, including retail, hospitality, financial services, and consumer goods. Notable clients include Saks Fifth Avenue, Marriott, Simons, L’Oréal, P&G, Aphria, BMO, TELUS, and The Limited Inc.
Before founding Plum Consulting, Jennifer was a Director at figure3, where she built a successful experience strategy practice and retail division. She has also held leadership roles at G2 (Grey Global Group) and marchFIRST.
A graduate of the London School of Economics, Sarah Lawrence College, and Parsons School of Design, Jennifer has spoken at global conferences and received multiple industry awards for her innovative work in brand experience and strategy.
